When you use our service, we collect the following data:

Email address (account creation, authentication)
Payment data (processed by Stripe — we do not store your bank details)
Video files uploaded for processing
Browsing data (logs, IP address) for security and analytics purposes

Managing your account and subscription
Processing your payments
Improving our service
Complying with our legal obligations

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of the performance of the contract (providing the service), your consent for marketing communications, and our legal obligations.

Retention period

Your account data is kept for the duration of your contractual relationship with us, plus the applicable legal periods. Video files are automatically deleted within 6 months after processing.

Data sharing

Your data may be shared with the following processors:

Stripe — payment processing
Scaleway (France) — hosting of the application, the API and the database

No data is sold to third parties.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")

Cookies

This website only uses technical cookies required for the service to work (session, authentication, language preference). No analytics or advertising cookies are set.

Audience measurement

To know which pages are read, we use OpenPanel, an audience measurement tool hosted by ASphere on its servers in France. It sets no cookie, does not follow you on other websites and is not used for advertising: it counts page views, where visits come from (referring site, campaign) and the type of device. You can object by writing to saas@asphere.fr or by blocking the analytics-api.asphere-lab.fr domain.
