Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. ASphere reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Price changes apply to ongoing subscriptions from the next renewal.
Payment is made online through Stripe, a secure payment provider. Accepted payment methods are bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). The order is final once payment is received.
Subscriptions renew automatically every month. You can cancel at any time from your customer area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no prorated refund.
Credits bought individually are valid for 1 year from purchase. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the event of a service failure attributable to ASphere.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose performance has begun with your consent. By starting a translation, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for the corresponding service.
For subscriptions, you have 14 days from subscribing to exercise your right of withdrawal, unless you have already used credits.
Any refund request must be sent to saas@asphere.fr. ASphere will review each request on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to refuse requests that do not comply with these Terms of Sale.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Thionville.
