Terms of use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the EDUVOICE AI service, published by ASphere (SASU, 907 876 957 R.C.S. Thionville). By using the service, you accept these terms without reservation.

2. Access to the service

Access to the service requires creating an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Any access through your account is deemed to have been made by you.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, protected by copyright without authorization, or that infringes the rights of third parties
• Attempt to bypass the technical or security limits of the service
• Resell the service commercially without prior authorization
• Carry out any activity contrary to applicable French and European law

4. Ownership of content

You remain the owner of the videos you upload. By submitting them to the service, you grant us a temporary and limited license to process them for the purpose of translation. Your files are deleted within 6 months after processing.

5. Service availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.

6. Liability

ASphere cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from use of the service. ASphere's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user over the previous 12 months.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of substantial changes by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time from your personal space. ASphere reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Thionville.
